Your Herbal Medicine Prescription is sold by weight, measure and quantity.  There fore the price of prescription will vary considerably according to dose, the length of time between appointments and also on the number of prescriptions required to address your health.  Please enquire on appointment.

1.  Details of your current prescribed medication by your G.P or specialist.  (a repeat prescription form or the empty packets)
2.  Details of vitamin supplements, or any other over the counter medication you may occasionally take.
3.  Keep a note of the food and drink  you consume over 4 days.
4.  A copy of blood test results, or a copy of results from other medical investigations.
5.  Be prepared to answer questions on family or hereditary illnesses.
6.  Please also bring with you the name, address and telephone numbers of your G.P, specialist and other health care providers.
