Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a system of complementary or alternative health care based on the principle that nature heals and that our bodies have the inherent ability to maintain and restore health. Naturopaths look for the underlying causes of disease and help you to eliminate them and take charge of maintaining your own good health using natural choices and treatments. Naturopathy places much emphasis on preventative medicine and maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle in order to be healthy. This also includes taking care of mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Naturopathy can help in the management of a broad range of health conditions affecting all people of all ages. The following are just a few examples:
- Allergies
- Headaches
- Digestive problems
- Many skin conditions
- Candida albicans
- Recurrent coughs / colds
- Sinus problems
- Arthritis
- Chronic fatigue and M.E.
- Joint pains
- Weight problems
- Low energy
