*Naturopathy / Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching. Please allow an initial investment of £155 - £215 for this service which includes metabolic typing, other nutritional and lifestyle assessments, evaluation and 1 - 2 consultations.
Please note that the fee of £10 must be paid in advance for the initial paperwork and questionnaires.
**Metabolic Typing assessment. The whole fee of £85 must be paid in advance before the on-line test
is taken.
Please make cheques payable to Shirley Kay and send to Osteopathy & Natural Health Clinic, 70-72 Grange Road, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 4EG. For other services, payment by cash or cheque is payable immediately after the consultations.
Additional support is available by phone or e-mail for short queries. However, should phone or email queries be longer than 10 minutes at a time, then a charge at a pro-rata rate pf £70 per hour will be made.
24 hours notice is required for cancellation or the full fee may be charged.
Clinic days: Monday to Friday. Some therapies also available on Saturday. Please ask for details.
