Helen has been in practice over 30yrs.
Since originally qualifying in advanced remedial massage and manipulative therapy, Helen has trained in many modalities within the field of Physical Therapy, Complementary Medicine and Holistic Health.
She is qualified in a wide range of touch and talking therapies to help acute and chronic conditions both on a physical and emotional level.
Helen’s passions lie in the treatment and management of stress and it’s related dis-ease.
She also specialises in post operative breast cancer care.
