Julie qualified from Huddersfield University in 1988 with the highest aggregate marks for her year and went on to work for five years in the N.H.S., first in Bradford and then in St Helens and Knowsley.
During her time at St Helens she specialised in Diabetic care at Whiston Hospital and Health Promotion for the whole department gaining a certificate in Health Promotion from Liverpool University.
Returning to work after having her four children she joined her husband Mark in his thriving private practice of 30 years in Moreton.
She works at the Osteopathy and Natural Health Clinic in West Kirby on a Monday and Wednesday morning between 9.20am and 12.40pm.
