Allergy Testing Therapist
Val began her career in health and nutrition in the late 1960’s when she opened the first branch of General Nutrition in Knightsbridge, London. At the time they were selling vitamins and minerals, by mail order, to those interested in natural health.
For the past 12 years she has been testing for allergies and food intolerances in centres throughout the North West of England and North Wales. She has helped hundreds of clients eliminate symptoms and restore natural health through the identification of food intolerances and allergies.
Val has qualifications in Nutrition, Allergy testing and Anatomy and Physiology. She is a member of the Association of Holistic and Complimentary Practitioners (A.H.C.P).
